Designed to foster stronger ties among cooperatives across the globe, this program welcomed a staff member from an ICAO member institution to the ICAO Secretariat in Korea for a 90-day hands-on experience.

The program wrapped up with remarkable results, and we are proud to share a comprehensive record of this journey, together with the Action Plan — a meaningful outcome that emerged throughout the program.
