ICAO has announced the ICAO Seoul Declaration during the ICAO General Meeting held at the NACF Headquarter in Seoul, South Korea.
It was a historical declaration centered on strengthening food security, responding to climate crisis, nurturing women and youth farmers, expanding the value of agriculture, protecting the rights of farmers, introducing advanced technology, and strengthening solidarity within cooperatives; that proclaimed we are the cornerstone of sustainable development for the agriculture, farming community, and the humanity.
44 delegates from 23 different countries visited Seoul to attend the General Meeting, sharing on their 2025 activities and regional farming issues.
