Jong In Cha Mr. CHA Jong In earned his bachelor’s degree at the School of Business at Hanyang University, Seoul, and started working at NACF in 2000. After devoting himself in the Public Relations Department for around 20 years, he undertook the role of Executive VP at Management Support Team of NH-Amundi, a joint asset management firm between Korea's NH Financial Group and France’s Amundi Asset Management.

Mr. JOO Hong Chul earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Administration at Chungnam National University and an MBA at Sogang University. Having started his career at NACF in 2006, Mr. JOO has continued working in the international affairs sector and also as a seconded employee at the ICA office in Brussels.

Seo Kyung Lee
Ms. LEE Seo Kyung earned her bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature at Hanyang University, Seoul, and a master’s in Conference Interpretation at Seoul University of Foreign Studies. She has been working as a freelance interpreter at various government agencies and a Korean broadcasting firm, MBC, before joining the NACF in 2024.

Minhee SON
Son graduated from University of Sogang, Korea with a BA in English Linguistics and Literature. She then completed her MA degree in Korean-English Interpretation at Graduate School for Translation and Interpretation of Ewha Womans University, Korea. Having developed a keen interest in global affairs through her career as a professional interpreter, Son believes she can play an important role as ICAO Communication Officer in facilitating communication between the ICAO and its member cooperatives.
